To book, use the tour page: you pay 7% and an advisor confirms the booking within 12 hours at most. For questions, or for a quote for a tour or for transport, message us on WhatsApp or use the form, where you choose between getting a quote and asking a question. The La Guajira tours are private, so their price per person changes with the size of your group; the Santa Marta tours are group tours with a fixed price per person.

Office and meeting point in Riohacha
Our office and the meeting point for the La Guajira tours are two different places, both in Riohacha. The office is at Cra 5 #3A-02. Those tours leave Riohacha at 8:30 a.m., and we confirm the meeting point (currently Hotel Laguna Salá, Cra 3 #4-81) in your booking. The Ciudad Perdida, Minca and Tayrona National Park tours leave from Santa Marta.

What information do you need to quote a tour?
To quote a tour we need to know which tour you are interested in, the departure date and how many people are traveling. The La Guajira tours are private, and their price per person depends on the number of travelers in the booking. If anyone under 18 is coming, keep in mind that the La Guajira tours are for ages 6 and up, with no child rate, and the Ciudad Perdida tours for ages 13 and up.
Is your office the tour departure point?
No. Our office is at Cra 5 #3A-02 in Riohacha and is there to answer questions. The La Guajira tours leave Riohacha at 8:30 a.m., and we confirm their meeting point (currently Hotel Laguna Salá, Cra 3 #4-81) in your booking; the Ciudad Perdida, Minca and Tayrona National Park tours leave from Santa Marta. If you want to stop by the office, message us on WhatsApp first to check our opening hours.
Can I get a quote for transport only, without a tour?
Yes. Punta Gallinas Tours offers private 4×4 transport between Riohacha, Cabo de la Vela and Punta Gallinas for travelers who don't want a tour package. We quote it on WhatsApp or through the form on this page: tell us the date, the number of people and the leg you need. The transport does not include lodging or meals.
